Hey all! Well... I've ventured out onto EBay. I know the fees seem high, but Etsy just isn't doing what I want it to do for me. While I'm still in the midst of setting up my own shopping cart I've decided to put some things up for auction. Here are my first two items.

My Trip To Perryville

So.... I had a blast looking at a farm yesterday! All I knew about this place was that it had great historical value, but I didn't know all the cool stuff that went with it! Turns out it once belonged to George Clooney's grandmother.

Oh, and it was just across the road from Eddie Montgomery of Montgomery Gentry. :) :)

After visiting the house we also went to visit a superb thorougbred farm and went riding. Ah the life!

Hey all!

I've been a Hoosier my entire life, but I'm in the process of finding a home in Kentucky! As soon as I find what I want I will post pics!

I'm going to check out a place on Thursday, I'm excited!!

I'm also leaving my nice cushy desk job here in Southern Indiana. I'm going back to training horses (Yay!). What am I thinking? It's a lot of hard work, but it's my dream!

Carts, and Blogs, and Websites, OH MY!

It's setting up to be an epic week. I'll be (hopefully) debuting my new store, The Saddlebredery, and also my new blog, The Swanky Saddlebred. Both of these will be dedicated to and about the love of my life, the American Saddlebred.

For those of you who know little about Saddlebreds, our World Championship Horse Show starts on 8/17 and runs through 8/23. This is a huge and perfect time to promote for me, I just didn't realize that it was just around the corner! All of my target audience will be at this one horse show, so I need to get in gear!!

I'm going to try to get a few Swag Bags together to hand out to different stables. Have any of you done anything like this? And what were the results?
